Electro Country Questions About Electro-mechanical Engineering?

Questions about electro-mechanical engineering? - electro country

I met a man who goes out with my cousin the other day at a family celebration of Christmas. He is a graduate of mechanical engineering at Penn State University, and I told him of a friend, embarking on a relatively new program at Penn State called electro-mechanical. They only offer 5 different locations of Penn State, and since last year, only 5 different schools across the country.

He seemed to know about the program, and said that the problem is not really an engineering study because they are not both on the mathematical theory or very high, such as electrical and mechanical engineering mechanics.

Who knows if that's what you say is true or not? I always thought that if you graduate from a Bachelor's degree in all fields of technology, which automatically graduated in engineering. Thank you to everyone who can help.
